March 2020 – Product Update


With the world in crisis because of COVID-19, our team switched to 100% remote work. We are fortunate that our productivity has not been impacted so far, and we can continue to bring you exciting new features. Here’s an overview of everything that has been released this month, mostly as a result of your continued feedback.

Dynata Integration

The biggest news this month was of course our partnership with Dynata. We can now help our clients find the right members for their online communities by integrating with the world’s largest first-party data and insights platform.

With a reach that encompasses 60+ million consumers and business professionals globally, and an extensive library of individual profile attributes collected through surveys, Dynata is the cornerstone for precise, trustworthy quality data.

We updated our Blog module. It’s now more intuitive, visually attractive and snappier than before. It also fully integrates with CMNTY Pulse, allowing you to find insights quicker.

We expanded CMNTY Pulse with sentiment analysis to help you distinguish content based on sentiment and find insights faster.

CMNTY Pulse: Bookmark Export

We made sure that you can now easily export your bookmarked content to CSV format for use within Excel or other tools. Just use the filters within the bookmark section and click the export button to generate the file on the fly.

Other Pulse Improvements

Here is an overview of more improvements to Pulse:

  • MoodBoard images can now be enlarged to get a better view.
  • Expired challenges can now be selected in WordCloud.
