December 2019 -Product Update
After publishing our October update, we skipped our November update. Instead, we combined all the goodness we have been working on over the past 2 months in this December update. We’re sure you don’t mind and we’re happy to announce the next set of features are available immediately!
Updated Design of CMNTY Pulse
A great deal of time was devoted to improving CMNTY Pulse based on initial client feedback. We did a first design iteration on Bookmarks and Reports. The interface for these sections should now be a lot cleaner and give you a better overview of interesting content within your community.
Introducing Auto-Bookmarking
CMNTY Pulse already had an automated reporting function, which helps you in discovering inappropriate content for review. But as much as you want this type of content gone from your community, you also want to have all the great content available without a lot of manual work.
That’s why the platform can now also bookmark content automatically for you based on certain keywords. Stay informed about interesting content and find insights quicker and easier.
Introducing Bookmark Categories
When bookmarking content you can now choose to assign it to a custom category. Either create a new category or pick one you’ve created before. Easily group related content and review them together.
Introducing Bookmark Filters
With Bookmark Categories in place it became obvious that you should also be able to filter bookmarks. You can now filter bookmarks based on category to get a quick overview of the content you’ve grouped together.
You can also easily filter bookmarks by Community Manager to see what other moderators have bookmarked.
Reporting Reason
When members feel offended by a post, they can report this to the community manager(s) to review. With this new release they can pick from a predefined list of options on why they are reporting this content. For example Spam, Inappropriate content or Other. It’s now easier to identify why content was reported and take appropriate actions.
