At CMNTY we strive to offer you the best tools to get your research job done, especially during these tough times. This month’s update is once again packed with solutions to make your research life easier and get you insights faster.
Audio and Video Check
Everyone is using different devices, cameras, microphones, browsers and network connections. It can become a challenge to make sure that the participants you’ve selected are capable of joining your Focus Group session. Therefore we’ve expanded our automated Audio and Video Check with more checks to increase the reliability.
As part of the automated Audio and Video Check, we’ve made sure that you can assign this to your list of tasks, which increases the number of participants who will conduct it. You will get a clear overview of participants who passed and participants who failed or didn’t complete the Audio and Video Check yet. When issues arise, we give feedback to help the participant resolve it and complete the task successfully.
As a bonus, you can also send out reminders to people who haven’t completed the automated Audio and Video Check yet.
Until now, you weren’t able to customize the Focus Overview and the Audio and Video Check page. As of now, you can! This gives you the ability to add your own text to any place within that page to help your participants. You can also assign widgets, like the TaskList widget to the Focus Overview page, making it clear to your participants which tasks they still need to complete.
Assign Participants to your Transcriptions
After a transcription has been completed and is available for you in Pulse, you can now assign a particular speaker to an actual participant. This allows you to recognize easier which person said what. It also allows you to correct any wrongly assigned speakers in case it happened.
Dynamic User Groups now Instant
One of the most powerful features of CMNTY Platform is the ability to create groups based on participants actions. Either by manually assigning them or by automatically by creating triggers. It could take a while after someone completed a task to be added to the group in the past. From now on, this is instant, allowing you to force specific tasks in order by using a combination of the TaskList and the User Group system. Ask your Customer Success Manager if you want more information on this option.
Next to the ability to see who completed the Audio and Video Check for Focus and assigning speakers to transcripts, we’ve also completed the move of all insight graphs to Pulse. You can now find them directly on the page when opening Pulse.
We are currently expanding Focus with an option to launch a Poll during the meeting. Next to that, we continue to improve the interface and the recording with small yet significant improvements. We are also preparing the launch of a Wizard, which will take you step by step by setting up your platform’s basics, which allow you to set up platforms quicker. Finally, an important part we are currently working on is making sure you can hide PII for specific roles or members. Stay tuned!
